Mark was engaged as Chief Financial Officer on April 14, 2022, and elected as a Director on May 23, 2022. He brings extensive experience in technology, operations, and finance. Mark previously served as CEO of an early-stage medical device company and as CFO and COO of two venture-backed startups, raising seed through Series C capital rounds. During his tenure, these companies grew from $0 to $40 million in revenue and from $5 million to $100 million in valuation, respectively. Earlier in his career, Mark held investment banking roles with firms including Salomon Smith Barney and Prudential Bache Capital Funding, where he orchestrated over $3.4 billion in transactions across 80+ technology companies. He holds a BA from Swarthmore College and an MBA with honors in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
