To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krambu’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the websites, store, or related communications will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Krambu for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), unless a different limitation is stated in a separate signed agreement.
