Krambu, a developer of specialized AI infrastructure, is entering an exciting new phase of growth following a successful recapitalization led by Sara Capital Partners. The investment strengthens the company’s financial position and provides the resources needed to accelerate its vision of building and delivering highly specialized AI infrastructure for strategic partners around the world.

As demand for artificial intelligence continues to surge, one of the industry’s biggest challenges remains access to power and AI-ready computing capacity. Krambu has built its business around solving that challenge. By controlling key pieces of the infrastructure development process, including power procurement, land acquisition, and site development, the company can move faster than traditional providers and help customers bring AI compute capacity online more quickly.

The new investment will support several strategic growth initiatives, including Krambu’s recently announced partnership with White Fiber. Together, these efforts are expected to help the company bring 100 megawatts of AI-ready capacity online, creating new opportunities for organizations looking to scale their AI operations.

Along with the new capital, Krambu has appointed a new executive leadership team to guide its next stage of expansion. Travis Jank has been named Chief Executive Officer, while Michael Winter has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. Together, they bring deep experience in high-performance computing, energy and power procurement, and large-scale infrastructure development.

“I am excited to have this exceptional team and our new partners in place,” said Travis Jank, Chief Executive Officer of Krambu. “Together with the new capital infusion, we are positioned to rapidly develop and deploy highly specialized AI Factory infrastructure for our strategic partners. In a market defined by time to token, our ability to bring power, land, and compute together under one roof is a strategic advantage.”

The investment reflects growing market demand for purpose-built AI infrastructure and highlights Krambu’s ability to deliver end-to-end solutions for high-performance computing environments. With additional capital, experienced leadership, and expanding partnerships, the company is well positioned to scale while continuing to provide the reliability and performance its partners require.

Krambu is also expanding its global presence. The company is growing its sales and marketing teams with representatives across Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America, helping support customers and partners in key regions around the world.

As AI adoption continues to accelerate, Krambu’s focus remains clear: delivering the power, capacity, and infrastructure needed to support the next generation of AI innovation.
